The Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Child Education Application and Research Center has launched an awareness campaign titled “Be Aware of Children's Rights!” as part of the activities for November 20, World Children’s Rights Day.

The campaign aims to raise public awareness of child rights and draw attention to every child’s right to live an equal, healthy, and safe life. Within the scope of the campaign, the fundamental articles of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child are being shared with the public through social media posts and articles published on the center’s website.

The team has prepared posters and short informative texts for each article, presenting children’s rights in a clear, accessible, and impactful way.

Throughout the campaign, the center’s website will feature detailed articles on each article of the Convention. These writings aim to create an open-access resource for the public by exploring the historical development of children’s rights, the meaning of each article, and its contemporary implications.

Through this initiative, the center continues its mission of contributing to society in the field of child education by promoting awareness toward building a respectful, participatory, and equitable community for all children.
